United Nations Ambassador on Sustainable Development Goals, Amb. Karo Ekewenu has extended his youth empowerment program to the entertainment industry.

The empowerment program called Ambaville Artist Challenge was launched on Instagram (@ambaville) and has emerged it’s first set of winners.  The winners emerged from different sects of the industry ranging from Makeup, Visual Arts, Film and Music. All 5 winners were hosted to a dinner with Amb. Karo Ekewenu (Chairman, Ambaville Group) and his team.
Amb. Karo started his first empowerment program 11years ago to help entrepreneurs kick start their business and has disbursed a total of N47,000,000 million Naira. In 2015, he bagged the prestigious Nigerian Entertainment Award in New York as Entertainment Supporter of the year. He extended the program to social media via his Instagram page (@karowenu) in 2015 via the Startup Fund Challenge (#AmbKaroGiveBack) where 6 winners won N1,000,000 each. The next empowerment program will be announced soon.
